How to submit something for warranty replacement:

2.Include a note explaining the defect.
3.Include your return shipping address and phone number (in case we need to contact you to discuss the issue)
4.Enclose a Check for $9.95 shipping and handling.
5.We will repair the item or send you a replacement (in the event that we no longer have that model or color, we will send you a comparable model or color)

* Please note:
•Normal wear and tear (i.e., tears or wear marks on the fabric of hats, scratches in the plastic of safety glasses, etc.) are not covered under this warranty.
•Batteries are not covered under this warranty
•Intentional abuse or damage to the product is also not covered under this warranty.
